Do I need a fire risk assessment
It is a legal requirement for all commercial and shared residential premises to have a valid fire risk assessment complying to either PAS79-1 or PAS79-2 standards. If you a re responsible for the property (other than a single use dwelling) you must have a an assessment completed by a competent assessor / company.
